Education: BA in Theology, Christian Life College 1980.
A Stockton resident since 1976, Brent joined the KYCC staff in 1985 after a short-lived career in Christian education.
He created Kids & Company in 1987, and continues to host the show each Saturday morning. It has been one of his brightest accomplishments to this point.
He enjoys many styles of music, but has a particular fondness for live performances.
His favorite artist is Twila Paris, and his favorite song of all time is her quiet composition, "How Beautiful." Other Christian artists he particularly enjoys include Michael W. Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman and Burlap to Cashmere.
His favorite film is The Sound of Music, and his favorite authors are Tom Clancy and John Grisham.
He has served as Children's Pastor at Christian Life Center since 1994, managing a staff of twenty that effectively reaches nearly 300 kids each week.
Brent is hopelessly addicted to tacos, and claims he could survive on them seven days a week. He is also known for his competitive style in Scrabble.
