If you experience any problems submitting event information, please e-mail the following information to marcella@kycc.org. Thank you for your assistance and we apologize for any inconvenience.

When did the problem occur (date/time)?
What OS is being used (including version)?
What browser is being used (including version)?
Describe the path taken to get to the error. Example: I went to home page, clicked on "Submit Your Event", then I entered this data. Include all text entered into any of the fields.

Also, for IE users with problems, please make these setting changes:

Go to Tools -> Internet Options
Select the Advanced tab
Scroll through the list and make sure "Show friendly HTTP error messages" is NOT checked

This will not affect the functionality of the browser, but will display more meaningful error messages that can help us solve the problem.
